About the Role
NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties agree as follows:
ARTICLE I ΓÇô Scope of Work
WLSA engages the Service Provider to provide professional photography and livestreaming services for a WLSA event.
The Service Provider shall be responsible for:
1. Photography Services
The Service Provider shall provide professional event photography, including:
ΓÇó Capturing high-quality HD photographs of the event proceedings;
ΓÇó Taking clear images of speakers, participants, panel discussions, group sessions, branding, and key moments;
ΓÇó Providing a well-selected and edited photo package suitable for WLSA communications, donor reporting, social media, and documentation;
ΓÇó Delivering photographs in high-resolution digital format.
2. Livestreaming Services
The Service Provider shall provide professional livestreaming services for the event on the following platforms:

The Service Provider shall be responsible for:
ΓÇó Setting up and managing the livestream;
ΓÇó Ensuring clear video and audio quality;
ΓÇó Providing stable livestream coverage throughout the agreed event period;
ΓÇó Testing equipment, internet connectivity, audio, and video before the event begins;
ΓÇó Coordinating with WLSA where necessary to ensure the livestream is properly connected and broadcast.
ARTICLE II ΓÇô Equipment and Professional Standards
The Service Provider shall provide all necessary professional equipment required for photography and livestreaming, including cameras, audio equipment, lighting, livestreaming devices, internet support where applicable, and any other tools necessary to deliver quality services.
The Service Provider shall ensure that all photographs and livestream output are of a professional standard, clear, well-framed, and suitable for public communication.
The Service Provider shall conduct the assignment in a professional and rights-based manner consistent with WLSAΓÇÖs work on womenΓÇÖs rights, access to justice, and gender equality.
ARTICLE III ΓÇô Compensation and Payment
WLSA shall pay the Service Provider a total fee of USD $500 for the services rendered.
The fee shall be broken down as follows:
ΓÇó Photography Services: USD $200
ΓÇó Livestreaming Services: USD $300
The total fee is inclusive of all costs related to photography, livestreaming, equipment, transport, internet, editing, and delivery of final materials.
Payment Terms
Payment shall be made upon satisfactory completion of the assignment and approval of deliverables by WLSA.
WLSA shall process payment within seven (7) working days after receipt and approval of the final deliverables and invoice.
ARTICLE IV ΓÇô Timeline and Deliverables
Event Date: 29 April 2026
Deliverables
The Service Provider shall deliver the following:
ΓÇó Professional HD photographs of the event;
ΓÇó Edited high-resolution photographs suitable for social media, reporting, and publication;
ΓÇó Successful livestream of the event on the WLSA Zimbabwe Facebook Page and 263Chat Facebook Page;
ΓÇó Any recorded livestream file or link, where available;
ΓÇó Final edited photo package submitted to WLSA within two (2) working days after the event.
ARTICLE V ΓÇô Intellectual Property and Ownership
All photographs, livestream recordings, raw footage, edited images, and related materials produced under this Agreement shall be the exclusive property of WLSA.
The Service Provider shall not publish, sell, distribute, or use the photographs, livestream recordings, or any related materials without prior written consent from WLSA.
The Service Provider may only use selected materials for portfolio purposes with written approval from WLSA.
ARTICLE VI ΓÇô Confidentiality
The Service Provider shall treat all WLSA information, event content, participant information, internal discussions, and sensitive materials as confidential.
No photographs, recordings, livestream clips, or event-related content shall be shared publicly before official publication or approval by WLSA.
ARTICLE VII ΓÇô Quality Assurance
The Service Provider shall ensure that the photography and livestreaming services meet professional standards.
Where the quality of photographs, audio, video, or livestreaming output is poor due to negligence, lack of preparation, or inadequate equipment, WLSA reserves the right to request corrective action or withhold payment for unsatisfactory services.
ARTICLE VIII ΓÇô Termination
WLSA reserves the right to terminate this Agreement if the Service Provider fails to meet professional standards, misses agreed timelines, fails to provide the agreed services, or breaches confidentiality.
In the event of termination, WLSA shall only pay for services that have been satisfactorily completed and approved.
ARTICLE IX ΓÇô Acceptance
By signing below, the Parties confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

WLSA reserves the right to terminate this Agreement if the Service Provider fails to meet professional standards, misses agreed timelines, fails to provide the agreed services, or breaches confidentiality.
In the event of termination, WLSA shall only pay for services that have been satisfactorily completed and approved.

By signing below, the Parties confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
